Tenancy Agreement

Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between the tenant and Easthall Park.

It is a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement (SST). It gives details of the rights and obligations of the tenant and the landlord.

The tenant must sign the tenancy agreement before the tenancy begins.

By signing the agreement, the tenant agrees to accept the conditions laid out in it.
