Kenny Mollins
DirectorKenny’s role as Director is to lead the staff team to meet the expectations of the Management Committee, with the aim to continually improve our business and provide good outcomes for our tenants, owner-occupiers and other customers in the Co-operative’s work and services. Kenny has over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector, where he has held the lead officer roles of Director / Chief Executive for over 10 years in community based housing associations. He has a wealth of experience and an impressive track of achievement in governance, housing services and community regeneration. Kenny’s qualifications include the Diploma in Housing, Certificate in Governance and a Strategic Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Housing ManagerAnton joined Easthall Park in March 2024, having previously held the position of Housing Manager at another Housing Association in Renfrewshire. Anton has worked in the housing sector for almost 20 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and he has completed a postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies. Anton’s role is to develop and lead our housing management team to ensure an excellent service is provided to our tenants, owners and external customers.

Assistant Housing OfficerDarren joined the team in 2024 and is our Assistant Housing Officer and can be found out in the estate checking on the condition of gardens and closes as well as dealing with housing application enquires. Darren has over 5 year's experience working within another Social Landlord.

Assistant Housing Officer (Part Time)Lorraine joined the team in 2018 and is our part time Assistant Housing Officer and can be found out in the estate checking on the condition of gardens and closes as well as dealing with housing application enquires. Lorraine has over 30 years’ experience working within Glasgow City Council, latterly within the homeless section. Lorraine works a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Rachael Durkin
Welfare Rights OfficerRachael has worked in Welfare Rights for 7 years with 4 years in the housing sector, prior to working with the council. Before moving into welfare rights, Rachael worked in customer services at a local authority. Rachael's role can assist with applying for eligible benefits such as Universal Credit, Adult Disability Benefit, Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit and more, assisting with benefit errors, appeals and sanctions, applying to various funds for assistance with financial hardship, furniture and white goods, fuel vouchers and more!

Customer Service AssistantStephanie, joined the team in September 2021 as our Temp Customer Assistant. Stephanie secured a permanent position in 2023 and is enjoying learning new aspects of working for the community. Stephanie lives locally and has worked in the Glenburn Centre for a number of years & has fitted well into the team!
