We have introduced three new phone options when you call the office. This is to ensure that you can be connected quickly to the correct staff member. The new system is as follows:

Choose this option to discuss new / existing repairs or for complaints about a repair(s)

Option 2 - Housing (0141 781 2279)

Choose this option to: discuss rent / factoring, to discuss your tenancy, to report anti-social behaviour, estate management or grass cutting, to discuss welfare rights or benefits or to discuss housing applications

Option 3 - Finance/Corporate

Choose this option to discuss invoices (Option 1 on this option) or to discuss corporate or governance matters (Option 2 on this option)
