New Committee Members Wanted

Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based lanlord with a vision to make Easthall Park - A great place to live. We aim to achieve this vision through a suite of strategic objectives, which include excellent housing services, providing quality homes in an attractive environment, demonstrating good governance, strong financial management, and being more than a landlord to improve the quality of lives of tenants and residents living in our communities.

It is really important to us that residents get involved and have their say on the way we do things so that we can meet our goals. By getting involved you can help us

  • make sure our services are delivered well
  • ensure that our rents represent value for money
  • check we are performing well and complying with our regulatory requirements

If you are interested in joining our Management Committee and feel you can ‘make a difference’ we would be delighted to hear from you.  Please contact us at the office, via our website or you can send an email to enquiries@easthallpark.go.uk

1. I don’t think I have the skills needed to join the Committee.

We will provide training and support to new members to acquire the skills and knowledge to allow you to get involved in the key decisions and services we provide to excel against our strategic objectives and achieve our purpose to "Provide high quality and affordable housing and responsive service to our tenants and residents."

2. When do you hold your meetings?

We hold our meetings on the last Wednesday of the month (except July & December) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

3. I want to know more before I apply, how do I do that?

You can download a copy our Committee Handbook (see section getting involved - joining the management committee) or contact the office and we will send you out a copy, this will give you an overview of the work we do.

4. I’m still not sure if I would be able to do this, can you help?

Why not call the office on 0141 781 2277 and speak to Kenny Mollins, Director and we can chat about what is involved?
