Letting Empty Properties

Our approach to empty properties is to re-let them as quickly as possible to meet demand and minimise rent loss.

We have established an Easthall Park Letting Standard to ensure that when we let an empty property it is of a quality that meets the expectations of the new tenant.

It is also a requirement of the tenancy agreement for the outgoing tenant to complete any repairs or maintenance they are responsible for.

A staff member of Easthall Park will clarify this with the outgoing tenant when we carry out a pre-termination home visit.
