Gas Servicing

We have an obligation to maintain the gas heating system in your home. In order to meet this obligation we must have access to your home once a year in order to inspect and service the boiler as well as any other safety systems associated with the heating system.

We will send you a letter with an appointment for your gas servicing. If the time and date is not suitable, please contact the office and we will arrange an alternative appointment.

We understand that it can be difficult to arrange to be at home in order to arrange access however you must allow us reasonable access to your home so that we can carry out these essential safety checks.  If you do not, we will have to arrange to force entry, and you will have to pay any costs incurred.
