Factoring and Owners

We provide a factoring service to 54 owners and are registered with Scottish Government as a property factor (FP000393) in accordance with the Property Owners (Scotland) Act, 2011.

We provide a “Written Statement of Services” for each factored owner which details the management fee, estate service charge, building insurance, payment of account, repairs and maintenance, estate management and how to make a complaint.
