Estate Caretaker/Labourer

Grade TAS 2

£21,898 - £22,696 per year

(Fixed Term – 2 Years – 35 hours per week)

Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based housing organisation based in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.  We own 695 properties and our mission is to ensure ‘Easthall Park – Is a Great place to Live’.

We are looking to appoint an Estate Caretaker on a fixed term contract for 2 years to join our Estate Caretaking team to attend to cleaning, environmental and landscape maintenance in the upkeep of communal areas and the local environment of our communities in Easthall Park.

We would welcome your CV if you have manual working/labouring experience, preferably in garden maintenance and cleaning duties.  We require you to be able to perform heavy and manual duties to manage the workload in the delivery of our estate caretaking service.  A clean driving license would be desirable.

The successful applicant should have good communication skills and a pleasant, friendly and confident manner; have good time keeping, and be flexible with a commitment to learning and developing in the role.
