Difficulties Paying Your Rent
It is important that residents pay rent on time each month; rent is due on or before the 28th of each month in advance. If you are finding it difficult to pay your rent or have already fallen into arrears, the most important thing to do is to contact your Housing Officer.
In our experience, most problems with paying rent can be sorted out if early action is taken as we are able to agree suitable repayment arrangements to pay off what you owe.
Please be assured that we are not here to judge, our aim is to help find solutions to the problem of rent arrears.
